Individual Memberships

The Young Manufacturers Network Junior Membership is designed for individuals ages 18–20 who are exploring or starting a career in manufacturing. Whether you’re in a co-op, internship, or jumped straight into the workforce, this is a way to get connected early.

  • Cost of Membership: $50 (Many employers are willing to cover this...ask your supervisor!)

 

Who It's For:

  • College students in manufacturing-related programs (especially co-ops/internships)
  • Recent high school grads working in manufacturing
  • Entry-level employees looking to grow professionally
  • Anyone 18–20 interested in the industry

 

What You Get:

  • Access to YMN Wake Up Workshops (professional development mornings)
  • Access to facility tours across South Central PA
  • Access to the YMN Mentorship Program (launching this fall)
  • Opportunities to connect with young professionals in manufacturing
  • Exposure to different companies, roles, and career paths

Essentially, Junior Members can attend all YMN programming except Manufacturing Meet Ups (social events at bars/restaurants).
