Please join us for our second ever Mentorship Program Cohort! We will kick off this August with the Mentor/Mentee Pairing Session at MANTEC in York, PA! This special morning event will match enthusiastic Young Manufacturers with seasoned Industry Veterans for one-on-one guidance. We will have time for networking and connecting with others in our industry, an educational presentation on being a good mentor/being a good mentee, and coffee and light refreshments will be provided to create a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.

Whether you’re a young manufacturer looking for guidance or an industry veteran eager to share your expertise, you’re in the right place! Just one note – make sure you APPLY for the program ahead of time. This will help the mentorship committee to start pairing folks together!
