One champion. $500 cash prize + a $500 donation to the winner’s charity of choice.

Team Registration: $50 per team (2 players)

Includes tournament entry, food, and drinks for both players.

  • Teams are made up of 2 players.
  • One person should complete this form on behalf of the team.
  • Please include both players’ names and your team name.
  • Spectators are welcome to attend at no cost.
