DESCRIPTION:Please join us for our second ever Mentorship Program Cohort! We will kick off this August with the Mentor/Mentee Pairing Session at MANTEC in York\, PA! This special morning event will match enthusiastic Young Manufacturers with seasoned Industry Veterans for one-on-one guidance. We will have time for networking and connecting with others in our industry\, an educational presentation on being a good mentor/being a good mentee\, and coffee and light refreshments will be provided to create a relaxed\, welcoming atmosphere.  \nWhether you’re a young manufacturer looking for guidance or an industry veteran eager to share your expertise\, you’re in the right place! Just one note – make sure you APPLY for the program ahead of time. This will help the mentorship committee to start pairing folks together! \nThe Young Manufacturers Network Mentorship Program is reserved for MEMBERS of YMN only.
